We can do our own testing but the plant instrumentation isn’t accurate enough. We know how to run a test and analyze the results. But, when we set a test, we spend all of our time putting together equipment and systems and we don’t have the time to monitor the testing. I wish there was a straightford instrumentation system that we could rent for our test.
