February 2006 - McHale Acquires Assets from ESC's Performance Services Division

McHale & Associates, Inc., a leading power plant, performance testing company has obtained the performance testing assets from the Performance Services Division of Environmental Systems Corporation (ESC). The arrangement was reached after negotiations in late December 2005 following ESC’s announcement
last November that it would close its Performance Services Division.

McHale & Associates has obtained performance test equipment that increases their ability to serve their customers and provides an inventory of approximately
$4MM of high precision rental test instrumentation and equipment to customers that use test equipment. In addition, McHale & Associates assumes responsibility
for several of existing performance services contracts for ESC.

McHale & Associates, Inc. is a privately held organization that provides specialized services to electric power generation clients. Major services include, performance
testing, performance monitoring and improvement, performance consulting and engineering services, and precision rental test instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
